Polish Pavilion by Maria Jeglinska and Klara Czerniewska
For the inaugural London Design Biennale at Somerset House I worked with NY-based Novita PR and Culture PL, the Polish cultural institution, on the Polish pavilion curated by designer Maria Jeglinska and design historian Klara Czerniewska.
Our aim was to maximise the opportunity of the Polish pavilion, an interactive game entitled 'Cadavre Exquis: An Anatony of Utopia' which asks questions of the visitor, whilst taking them on a journey to their own Utopia or Dystopia.
I liked Jeglinska and Czerniewska's interpretation of the Utopia theme: by questioning contemporary every day issues such as artificial intelligence and the cloud, it unpicks what our Utopia might look like.
